
Payment
Payment can be made by credit card or by electronic
transfer. To help ensure that your shopping experience
is safe and secure, TheShoppingDiva uses a secure
payment facility.
Delivery
- All orders are shipped upon receiving full payment.
This will include the garment cost, service charge
and the delivery cost.
- The customer will receive
an email confirming your order details. Please
CHECK THAT ALL DETAILS ACCURATELY REFLECT YOUR
ORDER REQUIREMENTS.
- A final email will be sent to confirm that
your order has been fulfilled and indeed sent.
- Delivery time is usually between 5-7 working
days.
- All orders need to be signed for upon delivery
and all parcels have a tracking order number.
- TheShoppingDiva will check all items thoroughly
prior to sending the order, we advise customers
to also check garment on receipt and definitely
before removing the shops tag and the "SD-tag".
Once these tags have been removed, they are non
refundable (unless faulty, see below).
- If for some reason the garment is received without
tags, please let us know ON THE DAY of arrival.
Delivery Charge
There will be a flat charge of £6 on deliveries
within the UK and between £10 and £15
on all other destinations.
Please note that delivery charge is non-refundable.
Returns
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase please
follow the following steps to receive a full refund:
- Please state the order number (found on the top
of your invoice and email confirmation) and the
reason for the return.
- You will receive a Return Merchandise Number
(RMA) and an email stating the return instructions
of your purchase.
- We request that all goods are returned within
14 days of the date of your request for an RMA.
Please note that returns outside this time will
not be refunded.
- All garments must still have their original shop
tags on as well as our "SD-Tag". We cannot
give a refund if these tags are removed.
- All garments must be returned in their original
packaging, this includes shoe boxes, leather pouches,
designer tags, guarantees etc.
TheShoppingDiva can only accept returned good that
are in the same condition as when purchased by TheShoppingDiva
in the UK.
Refund
TheShoppingDiva will refund the original credit
card used for the purchases as well as the return
postage within 14days of TheShoppingDiva receiving
the returned item. Please note that a full refund
will only be made:
- if all the tags are still in tacked
(shop tag and SD-tags)
- after normal quality checks
- if garment
is returned within stipulated time frame (see
Return Policy)
The refund includes the full value of the items
returned but excludes shipping out costs and service
charges.
Exchange
In order to facilitate the exchange of an item you
must obtain a RMA number by emailing us at returns@theshoppingdiva.co.uk within
7days and follow the standard returns process as
detailed above.
- We can only exchange an item for the same item
in a different size subject to availability in
that particular store. We are unable to exchange
for a completely different item.
- Exchanged items can only be dispatched after
the returned goods have been received and undergone
a quality check.
If we are unable to exchange your particular product
please see our refund policy above.
Faulty/Damaged Goods
In order to facilitate the return of faulty items
you must obtain a RMA number by emailing us at returns@theshoppingdiva.co.uk within
7days and follow the standard returns process as
detailed above.
TheShoppingDiva will check all items thoroughly
prior to sending every order. We also make sure that
all products are wrapped and packed securely to prevent
any damage.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods
are damaged or faulty as a result of the delivery
company or postal services.
Non-Arrivals
TheShoppingDiva uses a secure International Signed
for service where all parcels have electronic tracking.
Please allow up to 10 days for your parcel to arrive.
After this period please let us know immediately
of the non-arrival so we can start to track your
parcel.
Overseas orders
- For items to be exported, the carriage charge
covers packaging delivery and insurance only. TheShoppingDiva
cannot be held responsible for any local VAT or
Customs duties or taxes that may be applied.
- Customs or Import duties may be payable by the
overseas recipient and we regret that we are unable
to advise of these amounts due to this varying
depending on the country of delivery.
- Unfortunately TheShoppingDiva cannot be held
accountable for delays in customs clearance
