We have all done it, bought some "genuine" goods only to be disappointed when it arrives. We are fiercely protective off our reputation as personal shoppers. All the prices advertised are the actual retail price, and if we purchased it on a sale you only pay the sale price. We are not here to profit on your purchases; we are merely the middle man between you and the high street. But heaven forbid if you are not entirely delighted with your purchase, we will refund you fully once you return your garment (see returns).
